Permission Review for Jira
A small Jira site already carries around 300 permission grants. Two of them were decided by a person; the rest is what Jira ships with every scheme. Only the chosen ones can be wrong — this app separates them, names the people who hold administrative access on each project and through which group, and shows what changed since the last review you signed.
It runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure and is eligible for the Runs on Atlassian programme. It holds no write scope: it cannot change anything in your Jira, only show you what to change.
It stores nothing about your people. No names, no account IDs, no hashes of them. Every report is read from Jira when you open the page. See the privacy policy for exactly what is kept and for how long.
